Kinesiology is rapidly emerging as a leading natural therapy in Europe, and it is already widely utilised in Australia and America. It is safe and effective for people of all ages with a wide array of problems.

The kinesiology assessment involves the client lying down fully clothed. A series of non-invasive muscle tests are carried out on different muscles around the body.

Kinesiology works from the perspective that the body and mind are intrinsically connected.

‘What the mind represses, the body expresses’

Through the muscle testing, we are able to identify imbalances relating to different meridians, physical structures, mental patterns, and emotions, as well as nutritional needs.

By using a variety of modalities to address specific problems, such as acupressure massage, nutritional testing, meridian tapping, aka EFT, and other techniques, kinesiology assists the body and mind into a balanced state where you are able to thrive. Lifestyle advice and exercises may also be given to assist in healing between sessions.

What is Kinesiology?

Why would I book in to see a kinesiologist?

Many people first come to kinesiology because they’re experiencing a physical symptom, unable to find help in other modalities or feeling “out of balance” and want to understand what their body is trying to communicate. While kinesiology is excellent for resolving specific issues, it’s just as valuable for maintaining good health and supporting the body before problems build up. Once an initial concern has improved, clients ussually opt for occasional maintenance sessions to help manage the stresses of everyday life and keep their energy and resilience strong.

Kinesiology supports health on every level; physical, emotional, biochemical, and energetic and therefore can be helpful for a wide range of concerns, including:

  • Stress and anxiety

  • Low energy or low mood

  • Physical pain

  • Emotional overwhelm or past trauma

  • Hormonal or fertility challenges

  • Digestive discomfort or imbalance

  • Skin issues

…and many other symptoms that may not have responded fully to other approaches.

If you’re unsure whether kinesiology could help you or would like to discuss your situation before booking, I’m always happy to talk things through.
